History
Log Games was founded in 2014 in Vancouver BC. Log Games first major releases were "Puzzle Monkeys" and "Epic Dumpster Bear" on the Wii U eShop in 2015 and 2016 and they both utilized the REVOLUTIONARY Wii U Gamepad to add novel gameplay mechanics. These Wii U releases were followed up with "Epic Dumpster Bear: Dumpster Fire Redux" in 2018 on the PS4 and Steam that took the original Epic Dumpster Bear Wii U release and replaced the Wii U Gamepad bonus levels with more traditionally hard platforming levels.
Log Games then released "Epic Dumpster Bear 2: He Who Bears Wins" in 2020 on PS4 and Steam, and also released "JankBrain" in 2021. JankBrain is a prequel to the Epic Dumpster Bear Series featuring the origin story of JankBrain(the evil genius that Dumpster Bear battles in "Epic Dumpster Bear 2"). In early 2022 Log Games partnered with Equilibrium Systems to release a special edition of "Epic Dumpster Bear 2" with extra content on the Nintendo Switch as well as releasing JankBrain on the Nintendo Switch.
In 2024 Log Games published and released "Epic Dumpster Bear 1.5 DX: Dumpster Fire Rebirth" on Switch, PS4 and Steam.
"Epic Dumpster Bear 1.5 DX" is an enhanced version of the indie cult classic platformer that introduces "Epic Dumpster Bear 2" play control into remixed "Epic Dumpster Bear" levels
All of Log Games releases have featured original soundtracks composed by Mike Pettry
